The finest Freshly Prepared lamb is cooked at a gentle 82 degrees to protect the valuable protein, increase the digestibility and enhance the flavours.

Lamb is a nutrient-dense, highly digestible protein source. It is also a good source of vitamin B12 and iron which are required to help keep nerve and blood cells healthy.

Sweet Potato – A great complex-carbohydrate source which we to replace grains. Sweet potatoes are high in fibre which greatly helps digestive health while containing low levels of fat.

Mint is thought to help aid digestion and is a good source of iron and vitamins A & C.
